You do, always. Code lives in your repository, domains and hosting stay in your name, and ad accounts are created under your business manager. If you leave, you take everything with you.

Every build includes thirty days of support. After that you can move to a care plan covering updates, security, backups and monthly improvements, or hand the project to your own team with full documentation.

Often, yes. We start with an audit: if the foundation is sound we optimise it, and if rebuilding will cost less than maintaining it, we say that plainly with the numbers behind it.
