A gadgets marketplace where the checkout finishes on a mid-range phone

The challenge

Traffic was arriving but converting badly. Search returned nothing useful for model numbers, sellers took days to get a product live, and a large share of cash-on-delivery orders were abandoned at the last step on mobile data.

What we did

We rebuilt product search around the terms buyers actually type — model numbers, brand plus accessory type — cut the seller onboarding flow to a single screen, and rewrote checkout so it completes in under a minute on a mid-range Android. Payment callbacks are now tracked server-side, so reported orders match real ones.
